Deuteronomy 32:10-11
10 In a desert land He found him,
in a barren and howling waste.
He shielded him and cared for him;
He guarded him as the apple of His eye,
11 like an eagle that stirs up its nest
and hovers over its young,
that spreads its wings to catch them
and carries them on its pinions [the tips of its wings].

Wow!!! I'm going to show this to my husband, and my grandkids. What a heartfelt picture of how God 'pushes' us. Without fear of flying, we'll never be able to soar! Glory!!!
Wow. I love these verses - and the images of the birds and the birdhouse. Yes, sometimes I feel as though I am the one doing the pushing, and other times I feel as thought I am begin pushed. Very good. At times we need to give a push and at other times we need to receive one. That is why God puts other people into our lives! Good post and video.
Been pushed more times than I can count... pushed two of my own out of the nest in recent seasons. It's been the hardest learning of my life; the best as well.
Even so, push me, Father. I trust your wind!
