Do you live with a fearless heart? Or is your life paralyzed by unending fears - many of which the evil one just holds over your head as a "taunt" - all of which may never even become a reality? Does the "what if" have a greater hold over you than the reality of trusting God?
The real question is: "Who do you believe - the enemy - or God?" The evil one is full of lies that cheat us out of the fearless heart that God wants for us. GOD wants us to TRUST His heart so deeply that we live in the reality of what He says and does - all for our good.
Does God know we are afraid many times? Of course He does. He responds to that over and over in Scripture - but always with the command to let go of those fears and trust His heart instead. He reassures us that He will be with us in all that we are and all that we do. His purposes are to bring GOOD to all people - to restore us to Himself.
Joshua 1: 6-9
6 "Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them. 7 Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
Genesis 15:1
God's Covenant With Abram
After this, the Word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision:
"Do not be afraid, Abram.
I am your shield,
your very great reward.
1 Chronicles 17:26-27
26 O LORD, You are God! You have promised these good things to Your servant. 27 Now You have been pleased to bless the house of Your servant, that it may continue forever in Your sight; for You, O LORD, have blessed it, and it will be blessed forever."
Luke 12:31-33
31 But seek His kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
32"Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. 33 Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys.

Luke 2:8-11
8And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord. [all Scripture emphasis added]
