Believing the Promises of God - in His Word

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed… Without weakening in his faith… Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what He had promised. ~ Romans 4 [selected 18-21]

The GENERATIONS of the LORD

**************
**************

**************

**************
Psalm 78
A maskil of Asaph.
1 O my people, hear my teaching;
listen to the words of my mouth.
2 I will open my mouth in parables,
I will utter hidden things, things from of old-
3 what we have heard and known,
what our fathers have told us.
4 We will not hide them from their children;
we will tell the next generation
the praiseworthy deeds of the LORD,
His power, and the wonders He has done.
************
Psalm 71:17-19
17 Since my youth, O God, You have taught me,
and to this day I declare Your marvelous deeds.
18 Even when I am old and gray,
do not forsake me, O God,
till I declare Your power to the next generation,
Your might to all who are to come.

What a blessing your little kiddos must give you! And how true, it's our responsibility to share God's word with the next generations, to teach them God's precepts. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!

Hi Dear Friend,

Your grandchildren are absolutely beautiful just as God has designed them all to be...and the Scriptures...they penetrate deeply within me. I always pray over my children, grandchildren in every positive way that I can. You have blessed me again tonight as you always do when I come here to get filled.

Love you,
Alleluiabelle

What a blessing your grandkids must be! And so cute too! David's psalm is my heart's prayer too - to pass on all that God has taught me and shown me to the next generation. All for His glory!
