Believing the Promises of God - in His Word

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed… Without weakening in his faith… Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what He had promised. ~ Romans 4 [selected 18-21]

Like a Shepherd - Lead Us

Do you know The Way?

Psalm 23
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness
for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me;
Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me
in the presence of mine enemies:
Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy
shall follow me all the days of my life:
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Can you quote some other Scriptures from Exodus, the Gospels, Ruth, or other passages after watching this slide show? This is a tiny creek not far from my home where God led me after visiting several shut-ins today.

Oh the JOY to be young and FREE!
But then... in Christ... we are FREE INDEED!

Love you slide shows, especially the pictures of the doors and the baptisms in the Jordan (I'm assuming), oh, and the "Word" being preached.

I know how much time it took for you to put all of this together. Thank you for your efforts and for giving me a glimpse of the Holy Land. It blesses my heart.

The scripture, the video...beautiful my precious sister and friend...just beautiful. I hope that your Mother's Day weekend was as beautiful.

I haven't commented on the last few postings, but I have viewed and read them. What an amazing time God had given you while away on such a spectacular journey...breathtaking my friend.

My husband had a long 6-days in the hospital during that time with heart problems so I was not blogging that much or getting around at all to others and I'm still trying to work my way around when time permits me to.

I love you dear dear friend.

Hugs,
Alleluiabelle

Oh My Goodness....This is so cute. I am so glad I stopped by to see this. It is so timely. I have been having this conversation with Papa God. Trying to be led by the Sheperd. I feel I am the little duckling. Not so sure about the way and if I can make it over the log. (smile). He always gets me there even though there is some confusion (on my part).

Blessings,
Tammy
