Believing the Promises of God - in His Word

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed… Without weakening in his faith… Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what He had promised. ~ Romans 4 [selected 18-21]

A TALL ORDER of...

Hebrews 11:1 [NIV 1984]
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
******************************
What is on God's agenda right now in your life - in this new season - that seems to be a very TALL order of your faith?
Are you up for the challenge of trusting God with it? What are you doing to PREPARE yourself for it?
I'm asking the same questions of myself right now. So let's join together to follow through on FAITH ... living, real and active FAITH ... the kind of FAITH that stretches us beyond what we are capable of - and moves us into the place of trusting God in His ability to equip us for the tasks at hand. Are you with me? Are you armed with the Word of God? What verse are you claiming through this?
Hold tight to Jesus and walk TALL in the Spirit .
By faith _____________ ... [insert your name]
******************************************************
Choosing JOY in this season,
Stephanie

How precious our dear LORD Jesus is and how wonderful that we can trust HIM for everything!! We walk by faith, not by sight...HE is in complete control...I'm so thankful for that! May the LORD bless you my friend! :)

In Him,
Camille

Sweet sister, this is a season like none other, and I am slowly deepening my faith. Now that I can think a bit more clearly, I'm pushing further into the Word, along with a few good devotional reads and absorbing so much of what I've been missing in recent days. Not because I didn't want to absorb, but rather because of the physical constraints placed upon me, causing extreme distraction and inability to concentrate.

If ever I needed faith, it is now as I endeavor to move beyond treatment and believe God for final healing.

Thanks for all your prayers.

How easy is it to trust the unknown stranger not to swerve and hit me head on; and how hard to trust a known Risen Savior! May this not stand in our lives Lord Jesus!
