Believing the Promises of God - in His Word

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed… Without weakening in his faith… Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what He had promised. ~ Romans 4 [selected 18-21]

GIVE ME SOME LIGHT

Psalm 43:3
Send forth Your light and Your truth, let them guide me; let them bring me to Your holy mountain, to the place where You dwell.

Isaiah 58:8
Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard.

*****************

Psalm 36:8-10
8 They feast on the abundance of Your house;
You give them drink from Your river of delights.
9 For with You is the fountain of life;

in Your light we see light.
10 Continue Your love to those who know You,
Your righteousness to the upright in heart. [emphasis added]

Just allow this visual to speak God's TRUTH over you as you take in His Holy Word about LIGHT - from a different perspective!

Choosing JOY,

Stephanie

Thanks for your comment Stephanie. I hope to get back more into my blog soon. I see numbers all the time that lead me to pray for you: ) Tiffany sent me a picture of a peacock a couple of months ago. It made me tear up. Those feathers are beautiful. I love the feather in the prayer circle. God is talking to all His girls. Please pray for Mella Bella's son Andrew, age 12. They found a mass on his brain. Thanks, B

In Your light we see light...

Such beautiful verses that you have quoted on this post.

And the picture of the candle, it speaks more than a thousand words.

Thank you!

Blessings on your day, dear Stephanie.

You know what I see in this picture? The melted wax.

God's light can't help but leave a trail of remembrance everywhere he goes. God's light builds layer upon layer until a monument of witness remains behind.

So beautiful, friend. I think I'll go and light a candle in his honor this day.
